The hotel is about 20km southwest from the Perth central business district and can be reached by car in 35 minutes, or by public transport in 45 minutes. All routes and times can be viewed at www.transperth.wa.gov.au/Journey-Planner.

The Retreat will be held at the Southern Cross Gala Ballroom.

Meals

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided at the Retreat. Dinner will be provided on Thursday evening with alcoholic beverages available for purchase. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements on your registration form.

Childminding

Childminding for pre-school age children (Kindy & under) will be offered at the Wesfarmers Centre 2023 Retreat (excludes Retreat Dinner & post-Retreat event).

If you require childminding, please fill in the form & email it back to WCVID@telethonkids.org.au noting the day(s) required (Thursday and/or Friday).

Dress

The dress code for the Retreat is casual to provide an environment that is comfortable and inclusive for all. The theme for the Retreat Dinner is My 10-Year-Old Favourites.

Parking

Self-parking at the DRIVO carpark (11 Essex Street)

Take a left out of the Esplanade Hotel driveway
Turn right into the carpark approximately 50m from the hotel
Paying for parking: hotel guests & conference attendees receive a discounted parking rate of $30 per night, subject to availability
Check in with Concierge or front desk teams to confirm availability and pre-register your licence plate before heading over to the carpark

City Of Fremantle – Esplanade Reserve (65 Marine Terrace)

Turn right onto Essex Street
Take a left onto Marine Terrace
Turn right into the carpark (just past the crosswalk)

Secure parking (25 Collie Street)

Take a right out of the hotel driveway
Turn right onto Marine Terrace
Turn right onto Collie Street (at the corner of the hotel)
