The Wesfarmers Centre of Vaccines & Infectious Diseases is offering infectious disease researchers and Higher Degree by Research students affiliated with The Kids Research Institute Australia the opportunity to apply for support for training related activities. The activities should support the applicant’s career development and the Wesfarmers Centre’s objective to improve the health of children by transforming infectious diseases science into tangible health solutions.

Higher Degree by Research Scholarship
The Wesfarmers Centre Higher Degree Research Scholarship is an internal funding mechanism to engage the best students in our research teams and programs. It is awarded to candidates of exceptional research potential undertaking a higher degree by research at an Australian university.
Successful applications will receive up to $10,000 per annum tax free for a MPhil / MRes (up to two years), or PhD (up to three years) student at any stage in candidature.
